Yup, probably. There isn't such a thing as Google free to use. There are copyrighted images all over the web, which Google will find as part of its search. These will be shown in Google Images, but even when you click on an image in Google Images, it clearly says, "Images may be subject to copyright. Learn More". That's because most images are copyrighted, and if you download them and use them, you're probably breaching someone's copyright. 😬

When you do start writing stories there is a built in image finder on Medium, linked to Unsplash which supplies free to use creative commons images, fully credited, straight to the top of your page. It's the best option apart from using your own pics.
