You're right. I only knocked it off because I was trying to get some stuff onto Newsbreak, and decided to put it on here too. I could have done a more rounded analysis of the research and different opinions, including why transwomen are allowed to compete.

But knowing how the algorithms work and that half the time my stories don't earn anything, I didn't want to put the work in. If it had been a paid commission for £200, I'd have definitely done a better job.

I thought, being a news report, as long as I stuck to the facts, it would be seen at face value - a report on something that happened. I don't think anything in it was untrue.

But I also had a belief that most trans people accept that there are biological differences and would not be offended by my terminology. I was wrong. Am learning. 😄
