Your husband sounds adorable. I'd just go for the jacket potatoes and beans. Forget tradition! Hahaha!

Mine helps - husband that is. We had roasted veg last night because Tesco was flogging off bags of veg for 15p. So we thought we'd skip the usual salad and have some of the veg. He makes the yorkshire puddings and the stuffing. I prepare the veg. We chuck it in at the right times and it all came out lovely, even if the brocolli was a little burnt. And I can't spell brocolli apparently.

Mother and family problems won't help, of course. I read yesterday that someone is using medicinal cannabis to stop the pain from their spinal injury. Perhaps you should give your mother different drugs? :)
