Yes, Unsplash should be fine, if they're uploaded by the copyright holder. Occasionally they do have ones that shouldn't be up there, but their licence is the same across all the images, which means you don't need to check the licence for each photo, as long as you're familiar with the terms. I love the way we can connect to Unsplash in the desktop version.
