Yes, the Unsplash ones come under a creative commons licence. They should be fine, as long as the contributors own the rights to the images they're uploading. Many have been used lots of times, without issue. The Unsplash licence however does not include recognisable people, logos, or artwork, so those pics carry extra risk.
