Yes, It's been eye opening the difference. I've done some great interviews with really interesting people and they flop. I steer one of them to make it more about me, which seems wrong, but follows the advice of someone in the know, and it gets boosted.
It has made me rethink Tony's messaging - he did say he wanted experts. Then he qualified that with 'we're all experts in ourselves'. Then they added personal experience to the boost criteria...
