Yes, I see what you mean. On previous posts - and this was in response to one of them, I was talking about people who deliberately put images up on creative commons websites, with such complex licencing terms, that it's likely someone will breach those terms. Then they go in for the kill with fines and threats of lawsuits. It's called copyright trolling and it's more profitable than legitimately selling the images online.

In this instance though, it doesn't look like a troll. But she might have related to the story, where one lawyer I quoted did describe the copyright trolls as setting 'traps'. I guess she could relate to it.

I don't know the background to it, but as she didn't make any money for the blog, I hope the licence didn't cost her too much.
