Yeah, when I first saw this the comments were all about big companies getting away without paying due taxes. I'm inclined to agree.

Interestingly, I've noted that the US government takes 30% at source and people have to claim it back if they feel they shouldn't have had to pay it. The UK government doesn't and gives itself a headache trying to get people to pay voluntarily.
