Yeah, I wouldn't feel comfortable relying on a disclaimer. Some print publications make me sign a contract that if my stuff ends up in court, I will cover their legal costs. The publisher is responsible - the one who gets sued, so they need a cast iron way to push that responsibility back onto the writer.
However, with your pub, it's all about people's own photography, so hopefully that attracts the right kinds of people. And for the same reason - it's all about the shots - it's less likely to attract a words lifted from elsewhere. I think. I'd def say yours is one of the safer subject areas. LOL
And thinking about it, I have come across a writer who got sued on here. I don't know if he published through a publication, but the complaint was made against the writer.
