Yeah. I keep wonderuing whether we should sue them through the small claims court, but my husband doesn't want to go through the stress of it all. Mediators seem to side with tenants and take a pretty tolerant view of wear and tear. So we keep being told by agents anyway. We'll be pleased to get rid of it.
