Yeah, but there's a blank slate, and then there's a stinky hell hole covered in piss and food residue.

We've been trying to create a pleasant, liveable house which wouldn't make people turn around and leave as soon as they enter the front door. Believe me, it was depressing. Now it's bright and clean.

If they want to swap magnolia for gaudy patterns, that's cool, but the concept of cleaning up was not to take away away anyone's individual taste, but to widen the audience of people who might be interested in buying it... and for a sensible price.
