What the f**k! I liked it briefly when someone left a review saying my novel had a few typos. He was right. I was able to run it through grammarly and fix them - they were things that wouldn't have shown on a spell check. But beyond that... on Medium these programs seem to be used to ruin people's work.

I get it if English is someone's second language and they haven't really got a clue. I can see how that could be helpful. But honestly, it's leading to conflict with editors because it's sabotaging great work by professional writers. Although saying that, some might argue that the editors should pay less attention to it... and learn to use it properly, or not at all.
