We’ve had a lot of different tenants over the years. These ones, I wouldn’t say they’ve trashed it, but it’s frustrating when they don’t look after things as much as you’d like and they do things like swing on the kitchen units and break them. We had one lot who did literally trash the place, and that was awful. They also filled it up with families, and we don’t have permission for multiple occupancy. Apart from them, it’s been mostly people who are careless, one who let the cat wee on the furniture (they weren’t supposed to have a cat), and um…. well, I’ve had enough. But now isn’t the best time to sell because mortgage rates are suppressing demand and house prices are in decline.
