We've experienced some of the same things and were wearing masks, gloves, goggles for some of the treatments, maximum ventilation, glue under some of the carpets they'd decided to install themselves, which made them hard to remove. It's hard to get rid of the smells completely. People are so disgusting. I cannot believe that some people choose to live like this, and think putting down a new carpet on top of it will fix everything. It started as a 'no pets' house, and we were told they were good tenants. When they asked if they could keep a pet, we suggested a hamster because it was contained. But said, if push came to shove, one cat, because they're usually clean and spend most of their time outside. They moved 3 cats and a dog into the house, and neighbours tell us the cats weren't allowed outside, so they did all their business all over the house.
