We're all different, but I find eating before bed is a total disaster. My food doesn't have time to go down and it makes it hard to sleep. I never eat after 8pm for this reason. Maybe just choose the food you eat so it's not a guilt food, so an apple or orange or both. It goes down quickly and fills a hole. And there's nothing to feel bad about.
