Well done for digging out the research. Yes, this is common that people who eat healthier diets have healthier lifestyles, so it's difficult to separate it all out, but as you say here, the more fruit and vegetables you eat, the more you'll get antioxidants instead of saturated fat. That's good to be a good thing, and a contender in the results.
