We are not impoverishing our tenants. It cost us money last year for them to live there because the rent was so low and the expenses so high. We are selling up because it's unprofitable and they have no respect for us or our property.

Might have let them stay on bargain basement rent if they'd looked after it. Now they will have to pay more to live somewhere else.
