Um, not necessarily. I was addicted to twitter before I joined Medium. Now I don't really do twitter anymore, so I've just moved. I like social media. But I do feel I spend too much time here already. That's the dilemma. I joined for the money and stayed for the community! 😆😀

I'd rather see quality rewarded as a primary factor - and it still should be, but I get a sense it's pot luck whether anyone notices quality. Whereas people notice engagement.

This is why I was asking if it's worth me switching full time. Because that's not off the table. And you're the only person who I know who does that. But I suspect I make more in magazines, despite the challenges in that line of work.
