To be fair, the chances of seeing a snake, lion, hyena, croc, or any wild animal, other than a squirrel or bird are virtually zero. None of those animals exist in the wild in the UK, except for snakes, which are so rare that few people have ever seen one. It's widely shown in studies that time in nature is good for reducing stress. But it may not work for everyone. Obviously people are different. What helps you relax? Curious.
