This is interesting. Thanks for sharing the maths. I tend to push back at blaming 'billionaires' for climate change, because everyone plays their part and there aren't that many billionaires anyway. As you say, it's obvious that the wealthy create more emissions, because almost everything we buy creates emissions, so if you're able to buy more, that generally creates more emissions. But the scale of the difference is interesting. I think taxes on luxury products would be a great way to go, especially if the money was then spent on something to fix the problem!
