This is horrendous. I don't know whether you saw my piece on our tenants a while back. They moved out yesterday. They've trashed the place and have a meeting with the agent in a few days time. We are preparing ourselves for a lot of remedial work. But we are grateful that we didn't have to evict them. I hope that continues to be the case.
