This is horrendous! I thought my sister was bad, but this makes my sister's behaviour look relatively mild. I cannot believe people who don't even take their animals to a shelter. Although sadly, there are abandonments in the UK too. But not usually as brazen as this. It sounds like it's a massive thing, and almost normalised over there. Poor animals!!
