This is great advice and really constructive! Thank you! We do have a home gym of sorts, but don't use weights much - mostly the cycle machine and treadmill... but more often, we just go walking, and.... well you know that's getting a bit slow these days.
I think if we sort his foot out, weights and the gym might be a good combination next. Thank you.
Indeed, others have said things go down hill more quickly as we age, so it pays to fight back.
