This is a 3 bed house and it would be worth £750pm in that area, but it varies a lot in different areas and Wales is cheap. We were only getting £500pm because the agent lied to use about market values. And actually, £100 of that went to the agent, so we got about £400 - but last year, all of that went on repairs and expenses.
