They've just moved out leaving wallpaper ripped the place stinks, the whole house needs stripping down and redecorating. We'd expected to have to replace some carpets, but lampshades are missing, the place is filthy. I dread to think what else is missing. The irony is, they may well have just bought their own home, in preference to paying the increased rent. I'd have put it up years ago if the agent hadn't kept lying to us about market values.
