They could up the rate for boostables, but it still wouldn't seem worthwhile to people who have a high failure rate, because it's only a win if you actually win. I don't know what the answer is.

I mean, my boostables often take considerably longer than four hours to perfect, especially if an editor comes back wanting significant edits.
