There's some debate about the risk of EMF causing a problem, but I suspect it's no big deal with you're not doing it too much. People addicted to their mobile phones are probably getting more EMF than someone who decides to stay in bed with their laptop on a cold morning. But yes, I appreciate it's a possible area of concern. I have mine mounted on a stand on a desk, so it's not in contact with my person, and the wifi is off as everything is plugged in. Not many people seem to be worried about EMF issues, preferring the convenience of wifi and all their devices.
