There's no test to diagnose Parkinson's according to our doctor - my husband has symptoms - so we're very alert to these things. It may be that Biden doesn't exhibit strong enough symptoms for a diagnosis, so until he does, such things are just being put down to old age. I cannot see how he can go on much longer, but the other guy in the comments below says he's done a fabulous job. :) Maybe that will carry him through.
