There was this guy on Medium in around 2022 - not you. He was into investing and said with such confidence that a crash was coming soon, and he'd taken his money out of the stock market. He made me nervous. I started focusing on cash investments because interest rates were decent. But the safe option wasn't the best option. Stocks have done so much better! Should have ignored him! He was scaremongering for reads.
