The only incident I'm aware of where this happened, the person who used the photograph was issued with a legal demand. I've been unable to find out whether he paid up, negotiated, or whether it went to court (I did email to ask, but they didn't reply).

The Unsplash licence doesn't cover images of recognisable people, logos or artwork.
