The homeless don't need $2.6m each. They need the motivation to get off drugs into rehab. Money would help, certainly. It would pay for the rehab. I don't know. I find people who do this frustrating. I've never taken drugs. We have a choice. I guess the 1980s government campaign 'JUST SAY NO' with photos of half dead druggies had an impact on me. Not that I could afford drugs anyway.
