I meant to ask you... when you switched estate agents, did the new ones ask you to drop the price or just take a more proactive approach to marketing?

We've had some horrible contracts, which have delayed the switch, along with suggestions that we might drop the price. Well, we dropped it once, and if we're going to drop it again, should probably give the current agents the chance to sell it at the lower price.

So haven't moved mainly because of horrible contracts. But wondered what happened when you switched agents - what did they do differently?
