That's interesting, although I would undoubtedly have failed the move to Grouse Mountain test as well, I suspect. It definitely improved my odds, even if it's not the right approach for all employers. And I wouldn't say the answers were necessarily canned, just more considered than an on-the-spot response. I'd obviously failed to put myself across well enough for years, and it helped.

I'd love to be able to make people laugh in a situation like that, but so many people don't seem to get my sense of humour.
