Thanks Gareth. Yes, it does get messy. The comments on these stories are eye opening in themselves. I'm not sure I'd realised how much it was happening, but when I started looking into the law suits, there certainly have been a lot of them, and copyright trolling, even on CC images, is a profitable business.
