Sounds like you just have a great knack of seeing how to organise things in a way that those in your meeting didn't see. They're probably too tied up in the details. Not everyone with a lot of qualifications are geniuses. My husband has a PhD. He's bright, knows a lot, but he still has really stupid moments.
