Sounds like a booming housing market where you are. I did see an article today, that properties are peaking in teh UK, so it might not be a bad time to sell. I do hope we get a good price. We should make a profit, but heavily taxed since they slashed the capital gains allowance. And there's all the hassle! I want my life back.
