So true. Unfortunately this house is a 3 hour drive away, so it would be difficult to manage it ourselves, but saying that, one of the agents might as well have been in China. They even contracted out inspections. I was starting to think that we might be better managing it ourselves from a distance, but my husband was dead set against it. We know nothing about the legal side or eviction process, if it should come to that.
