Poor woman. I can understand her though. I mean, I'm in this situation where my husband has Parkinson's - we are a team. I am doing my best to help him, but it could go to shit. I'm not 25. Your dad probably had things worse. But I still feel it's right to keep our vows and not leave someone when they face the most awful situation in life. I want to be there to support my husband. But I am aware of the need to take care of myself too. I'm sorry your mum didn't do that. Sorry she gave everything she had to your dad and didn't save anything for herself. Sounds like she was completely overwhelmed if she had anorexia. That doesn't tend to happen if you're in a good state of mind.
