Only the small claims court, and that's so stressful. The law is usually on the side of the tenants. The agent said that because we said they could have one cat (who we assumed would be outside most of the time and do its business out there), it's our fault for not sticking to the no pets policy. We don't really want the stress, but if the sale falls through because of this, then we've made a significant loss, and I will be more inclined to pursue a claim for damages.
