One guy who seems to be doing very well is publishing about 3 or 4 times a day, and seems to be online engaging, but he's not responding to his comments, so he's dropping the balls. But he's doing one way engagement and publishing a lot. I'm not sure what to think of it to be honest, but he appeared to be close to 1k last month.
