I don't know what they want to be. I would be quite happy to work for them on commission as I do my other clients - be told what to write and be paid when they indicate they are happy with what I've done. But what they want is anyone's guess. They say they want diverse perspectives and experiences from around the world, but I'm not feeling they want mine very badly.

And I know it's not because my writing is shit because some of it was previously published in high profile print publications.
