Oh yes. I should think they get into trouble too. It's interesting because I've just published a piece on using YouTube videos in your blogs and the lawyers in that piece say if the work has been stolen and shouldn't be on YouTube, then it's down to the person who uploaded it there. Take a look if you like. It's my latest story. As for photos, I imagine they'd take legal action against individuals who place the pictures onto these sites without permission too. If they can trace them.
