Oh, well I have a Medium account, and they're paying into that. The customer service don't seem to speak English and just send standard emails that tell me it's fixed, or it won't be, or whatever random thing. Some of the emails make no sense. I managed to get someone on their twitter who spoke English and she got hold of someone and then told me... I quote:
Heya Susie. Just heard back from my teammates who were able to confirm that the only docs we can accept are as follows:
- Passport
- Driver license
- Resident permit
- Citizen Card
- Electoral ID
- Validate UK
We understand that this is less than ideal and really appreciate your feelings. We hope you get your ID sent to you very soon.
