Oh, I just thought I should be a little more anonymous because while trying to sell a house, it may be better for a buyer NOT to read about its history. We have solved the problems, to great personal cost and effort, but having had one sale fall through for different reasons, I don't want to tempt fate. Susie K seemed a little boring. I added a picture of a guinea pig and it seemed sensible to add some words, but I do wonder if it makes me look less sensible, and if full name followed by MBA might be more authoritative!
