Oh I agree. Those photos and updates are all important, especially for those we don't see very often - but the crazy thing is most people don't bother with the photos and updates. They just send a pre-printed card from a box, while ignoring our query as to whether they'd like to catch up on Zoom sometime - we assume that means 'no'. LOL At least our newsletter tells people something. :)
