Oh dear. Sorry you lost out on £15. I'm always wary of these things where you sign up and get a month free. I even put cancellation dates on my calendar so I don't forget. Nothing wrong with taking a free month of Amazon Prime or something, but it's important to cancel. And rough if you don't realise you need to!
