Oh dear. I would have done what you did. In fact, I do sometimes. These people they take a suggestion, or an innocent question and turn it into a complaint. You weren't complaining. But they made it an issue. You have nothing to feel bad about. It's them being stupid.

But as this kind of thing has happened to me, when my suggestions are sent to the complaints department to go through the full complaints procedure, lasting 15 weeks, I would maybe suggest trying a place next door, if one exists.

Or pissing in front of the camera! Who cares. Give them a moony. Grow old disgracefully.

On a less dignified note, during covid, we were afraid to go inside anywhere, I did use an emergency jar once, when it wasn't possible to disappear into a bush, there were no facilities, and I needed to go!
