But I get that you were already behind because of the ebay lady. TBH, I blame her for the situation more than a woman running late, hoping to grab one parcel before closing. The ebay situation was predictably going to make you late. The other lady was just hoping to grab something and run.

I'm sorry this incident made you feel so bad, but I'm glad there were no repercussions. Hope the stress situation improved after all this!
