Not what I was expecting, but actually better! Slightly jealous that you had so many job opportunities in your youth and could CHOOSE! Crikes. I struggled to get anything and if someone offered me something, that was it. I don't know if that was just the days before my time, or the joys ox Oz, but having a choice at a young age sounds excellent. You made the right decisions, I think. Not an idiot.
