"nobody will tell you to smile or ask why you look so serious."

Is this an autism thing? I thought it was just because I was female. I'm sure other women get the 'smile love'.

But other times, people say, "what are you so happy about?" That's normally grouchy women objecting though, while the partronising men tell me to smile.

Too much smiling. Not enough smiling. Can't win.

I'm sure I've had 'why so serious?' too.
